Class Types
Beginner
Whether you’re a pilates beginner or want a refresher on technique, there are dedicated classes to help you build body awareness, learn pilates principles and develop strength/stability at your own pace!
Movement Snacks
Quick movement snacks under 15 mins if you’re short on time or want to add on to an existing workout!
Express
Short and spicy! These 30 min or less, fast paced classes are an effective and efficient way to strengthen, lengthen, and engage every muscle in your body.
Matwork
Full body classes ranging from 35-50 mins. These focus on strength, stability, control and muscular endurance, and may introduce props to help with mind-body connection.

Bloom On Demand is designed to fit into your life—anywhere, anytime—so you don’t need much to get started!
A mat is a great place to begin, but if you don’t have one, a towel will do just fine.
Some of our classes incorporate props, which will be mentioned in the class title or description. However, our ethos is all about accessibility, so you can always modify and use what you have at home! No mini ball? Use a yoga block, book, or pillow. No weights? Try water bottles or canned goods!
